Fit Mommy Friday Challenge - Week 7


Thanks to some encouragement from my husband and kids I made good progress in my goals this week!

I excercised 4 times this week for a minimun of an hour each time and I am really seeing the results. As of now, I have lost 7 pounds toward my 10 pound goal!
